Peacock Excavating is a family-owned and operated business that provides quality excavation services in the Greater Utah Area. We are looking for an experienced and reliable equipment operator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and graders, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate with other crew members.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations and comply with provincial and federal laws.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an equipment operator in the excavation industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Able to operate various types of heavy equipment with skill and accuracy.
- Knowledge of excavation techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Team player, hardworking, and dependable.
