Position Overview: Mainline Foreman

The role of Mainline Foreman is integral to the success of our projects. As a Mainline Foreman, you will supervise and guide field operations, ensuring that work is performed efficiently and meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the installation of mainline utilities, including water, sewer, and storm systems.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of skilled workers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide work processes.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to address concerns and provide updates.
• Train and mentor team members to develop skills and enhance performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a foreman in the excavation or construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of mainline utility systems and installation techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
